Frost, Cody and Brett Favre

The big news today is that Brett Favre is coming back to the Minnesota Vikings and our Brett Favre contest is back on.  If you get Brett to stop into our lobby and mention you name you get a 20 day package for doggy daycare.  If he stops in and mentions your name while wearing a Minnesota Vikings OR Green Bay Packers jersey, you will get a 30 day package.  When we announced this contest on our Facebook page earlier today, Mike (one of our customers) asked what happens if he comes in with his walker?  Well, if that happens you will get a free bath for your pooch in addition to the other prizes!  Have fun!

Today Trycia was taking more pictures at doggy daycare and they are all in the August Photo Gallery.  I think one of my favorites was with Frost (white German Shepard) and Cody (Golden Retriever) laying in one of the pools together!

Quinn

Quinn the bernese mountain dogQuinn is one of the Bernese Mountain dogs that comes to daycare each week.  She is always very excited to run in the front door and can’t wait to go see all of her friends in the playroom! Many of the Bernese Mountain dogs that come to play are more laid back than Quinn, she seems to play almost all day!  Quinn can always be seen tearing it up in the Ruff House and loves to dress up for all of our “theme days”.  For our Vikings/Packers day Quinn came in wearing a purple vikings shirt and purple tube socks.  We love having Quinn as part of our PPP pack!

Famous Pooch

rugerRuger, one of our dog daycare dogs is famous!  His mom just sent me a copy of an ad that he will be in.  It’s not in this area, but still it is pretty cool.  Good job Ruger, we are so proud of you!  When you make it big time as a professional football model, don’t forget about us little guys at Pampered Pooch Playground!

Speaking of football, there are only a few spaces open for Monday’s special day of daycare.  If you don’t know what I am talking about, read this previous blog post.

On a side note, I think Trycia and I need to get a bigger couch.  As I type this, I am surrounded by 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs.  Our dog Roxy is on the right of me, and her older sister is on the left (Roxy is having a play-date this afternoon).
